I applied online. I interviewed at Dental Republic (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
It was forward. However, I experienced unprofessionalism. I read the job requirements, applied, and they abruptly gave me my interviewing instructions. The part that disgusted me is how the front desk said, “Just a PSA, if you were not here originally before the other PSA, this is a bilingual role.. for the receptionist… meaning English and Spanish.” Yes, I was the only Asian woman left in a uniformed room. Yes, I addressed this rude delivery during my interview. Worst of all, I witnessed HIPAA violated. Yes, I have the description of the two women that decided to search up a patient’s address and voice that at the front desk.
When I interviewed, it was a simple. Only 3-5 questions. And yes, I spoke Spanish.

Interview
The interview process is quite smooth. The interview process was face to face interview, the panel is quite okay but sometimes ask questions that triggers you. So far it’s okay
Very quick an easy no questions really be aware of lack of communication as it shows no interest towards employing you, do your research on pay before negotiation as well as location in the Dallas forthworth area.
