The part that disgusted me is how the front desk said, “Just a PSA, if you were not here originally before the other PSA, this is a bilingual role.. for the receptionist… meaning English and Spanish.” Yes, I was the only Asian woman left in a uniformed room. Yes, I addressed this rude delivery during my interview. Worst of all, I witnessed HIPAA violated. Yes, I have the description of the two women that decided to search up a patient’s address and voice that at the front desk.
When I interviewed, it was a simple. Only 3-5 questions. And yes, I spoke Spanish.
