Delve interview questions

I would not recommend interviewing in the Walnut Creek office. I spoke to three different engineers, but not at the same time, only the first one, then the second one, then the third one. I was there almost two hours, and it was not very respectful of my time, instead of speaking to all three at once. I fully admit I was nervous and stumbling a lot speaking to the first engineer, and I think she was trying to get me back on track by saying small assurances like "yeah" "yeah okay" "okay" "yeah definitely" etc., but it was extremely distracting when she interrupted my every word and it threw me off even more. I also felt like she was pitying me which made me feel even worse. The second and third people were pretty cool though. But overall it was the worst interview I've ever done.

My initial interview was a positive experience, however when it came time to schedule a second interview I experienced continuous delays. Emails were repeatedly left unanswered for days at a time, previously communicated deadlines were missed, and HR contacts were very difficult to get ahold of. I heard from, interviewed with, and received job offers from other companies in the time it took to get an email back. I understand that things come up sometimes, but I did not feel that my time was respected and there was a lack of communication and clarity that was very frustrating.
