The hiring process was very good, all steps were presented and laid out on the initial HR call. That was the first step than meeting with the team manager, third step was a take home assignment and meeting other team members. The last interview was with the director. I felt very comfortable and had great conversations with all parties.

1st Round typical HR screening 2nd Round Interview with the team manager 3 Round assignment which is an assignment that consist of a high level presentation about integration. HR contacted me for a 15 minutes catch up call to basically tell me I did not get the role, The feedback was that I was not technical enough when I can code, and suggested that she might have another role. I did not bother as I already read in the previous interview review that is a lame excuse to ghost you. They should stick to the old rejection email and be more straight forward.
