Interview
It consist of 2-3 Rounds of Interview. Mostly Prepare to explain about your past experience. Manpower handling skill is must. Get ready to face General Aptitude questions as well. Overall it is a good experience.
So starting from basics,
Delhivery came for on campus recruitment in our NIT. Eligibility criteria was 7 cgpa earlier then reduced to 5.5 cgpa
Branches Eligible were: PIE, Civil, Mechanical,Electrical Engineering.
Process:
1) Google Forms filled by students.
2) 40 students shortlisted for Direct Interviews.
3) Round 1 was scheduled with Senior Manager. It was virtual round on Google meet having both Technical and Hr questions.
4) 12 students shortlisted for 2nd Round. Same schedule and type of interview as Round 1 but with Senior Director.
5) Finally 5 students got offer out of 40.
2 being from Electrical, 3 being from other branches.

Interview
Virtual and In person techinical interview , and final round with HR to discuss culture fit , salary negotiation.
Overall Interview process is seamless and panel members are really cool.

The interview is not so difficult. They asked very basic questions like intro, hr related questions.
What are difficulties that i have faced in covid and how did u cope up with that situation? Project related questions.
