DelMonte Hotel Group interview questions

Started in June, dragged on through August with multiple starts/stops, calls, on-property interview, bait and switch properties as options and then utter silence at the end. All very frustrating and disrespectful.

It started with a brief phone call interview then scheduled for an interview in person. I arrived early and waited in a conference room. Only one person interviewed me and she didn't seem too interested to start with. I brought a digital portfolio and a hard copy portfolio, each had different kinds of work. Web design, graphic design and photography. On top of that I asked her if I could hand her my recommendation letter and she said she didn't need it which I found to be kind of rude. At this point I knew this was a waste of my time and they were really not serious about hiring some one.
