entrevista tipica de csm, lo que si te dejan bien en claro que es una empresa en donde vas a trabajar horairos extra, y que esperan mas de 9 a 17. Llegue al case study, puse mucho esfuerzo pero no dieron mucho feedback al respecto solamente el tipico email automatico de que no pase a la siguiente etapa

The interview process was fairly average overall, but the final round left a disappointing impression. I did not receive clear or actionable feedback on why I did not move forward, which would have been helpful for growth and closure. A more structured and engaged final round, along with transparent feedback, would significantly improve the candidate experience.
