Dechra Pharmaceuticals interview questions

Initial call with recruiter, follow up interview with manager. Had a lab tour and met various people whilst on route. Questions asked were job related and technical in nature. They work shifts and have every other Friday off.

Interview process consisted of an initial HR screening, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager that focused primarily on my background and experience. The final onsite round included a presentation of my previous work as well as a technical assignment provided by the hiring manager. Overall, it was a well-structured and positive experience.
