I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Decathlon (London, England) in Apr 2012
Interview
Phone interview, followed by attendance at Head Office recruitment day with 8 others. After initial introductions and briefing, we worked individually and in groups, being asked to say what we thought worked well within the store and what didn't work well. 1 week later, job was offered, and I was asked to meet my new boss in Birmingham. After graduation, I started straight away.

Met with the Store Manager and Operations Manager of store I was applying for. Sat down for the interview which felt like an informal 'coffee and a chat' which was nice. Then had a tour of the store.
