One of the more straightforward and direct interviews with a large company I've had during my career but that had more to say about the small-town culture that still exists within the Warsaw, IN team and the hiring manager than about the organization beyond that. Good questions and no strange curve balls except that core platform was migrating and expected job skill would no longer be required and alternates (that I had) would soon be.
