The headhunter approached me on LinkedIn.
The HR seems very busy. it took about 2 ~ 3 week to schedule a meeting.
First round was HR online meeting. Focused on how passionate you are on Blockchain instead of learning your past experience.

1. when/how/why you know about the Blockchain?
2. what/how/why you use DeFi?
3. what/how/why strategy for trading crypto?

Interview
The interview goes into depth of crypto-nativeness.
The reason why a candidate would like to join Degate, or crypto industry in general, is a very important, if not the most important question to answer.
The motivation has to be true since the interview goes into depth on the journey and reasoning.
For technical interview one's past experience is most important, whether one can explain what he or she has worked on in great details.
The Degate team really have the crypto's vision in their heart, that the team want to build a better financial system for the world, so a candidate must also have it in his/her heart.
I would recommend anyone passionate in building it to join the team.

Interview
The interviewer is extremely rude and condescending. He downplayed my previous experience, and insisted that I do not have the experience. The entire interview process is very unpleasant and make candidate feel very uncomfortable because regardless what I shared, it seems that the interviewer has already decided not to hire. Such a waste of time doing the interview.
