      Enterprise Applications Analyst Interview

      12 Mar 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2021

      Interview

Approached by a recruiter after online application. Went through the regular 3-4 recruiting processes of phone calls, online questionnaires etc. Invited for a Technical round the following week. Straight forward technical questions mostly emphasized in SQL and few other questions checking on resolution based on the technical aspect. Nothing to worry about. Moved onto another Behavioral interview with another senior manager. Very general behavioural questions which mostly can be found on google. Results were coming in the following weeks and the application process went quite smoothly as it should be. The final interview with Director and a reporting manager was less technical and more behavioural. Focused mostly on prior experiences, so having a good grasp on your own resume is mandatory. There were few follow-up questions based on the answer itself. Just to make sure your pain points are far more stretchable in a support environment. Overall, it was quite a fun experience. Took almost 5 weeks to get the final confirmation.

      Interview questions [2]
