I applied online. I interviewed at David Lynch Foundation in Jan 2026
Interview
I applied for the role and then received a recruiter's request for accompanying written materials, to be followed by arrangements for a call, all as a result of being impressed by my background. Nearly 2 weeks passed before they scheduled a call with me, upon my follow up, to occur in a couple of days. That call was pleasant enough until I clarified a recent shift in my employment status since the application. The recruiter made a crack that implied I was in a time crunch or desperate to move forward in the hiring process, due to recent unemployment. As of this writing, nearly a month later, it's safe to assume that I've been ghosted with no further contact about the position.

Interview
Horrible experience interviewing here. Human Resources and the executive that oversees it (Chief Operating Officer) need to be fired immediately. Delayed responses, mis-management of time and appointments, failure to follow up or even show up for interviews and “ghosting” during a scheduled meeting time (??) are the name of the game. This is a health and wellness company?? I was treated terribly, so shame on them.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at David Lynch Foundation (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
I went directly to meet with the hiring manager at the New York office. I wasn't asked to bring presentational materials to the interview but was asked if I could show previous work on my laptop, which I happened to have on me for the interview.
