A friend told me about an opening, so I sent her my resume. She forwarded it to the middle manager. I interviewed with the COO, then the middle manager who would be my supervisor.

Why do you want to work here? (It was only difficult because the company was new and I knew nothing about it, so I didn't have a valid reason to work there other than I needed a job)

Very informal. Focus on what you are looking for in a job role and your background. Bring resume copies they seem scattered a bit. It is worth noting the followup was terrible from Datran. Seem to lack focus and appreciation for people's time

Interview
Found this company on craigslist, went to their hq for an interview and offered me a job on the spot, which i thought was unprofessional. 2 on 1 interview which was meant to intimidate me. They were very vague about the job itself and what it would entail. The people were all young and overall the company has a good corporate culture. There are free lunches on thursdays from very good local restaurants in tribeca and chelsea. However, there is a lot of internal politics and talking behind others backs.
