Databricks Sr Program Manager interview questions

The entire Databricks interview process was very streamlined and everyone I spoke with, from the recruiter, to the coordinator, to every interviewee was very professional, respectful, and asked thoughtful questions. While there were a lot of requirements as a part of the process (including a panel-presentation), the steps were shared with me from the beginning so there were no surprises.

Went through a referral. After the recruiter screening was the zoom HM round. The HM didn't even turn on the video and ran through scripted questions. This itself is a red flag.
