I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Databricks in Feb 2019
Interview
All interviews conducted via phone only, no video. First scheduled interviewer missed the call. Rescheduled call for following week, then another one with another person a week later. Spent an entire Saturday doing a coding assignment. Two additional interviews after that. Company ghosted me after that and did not respond to tell me that the process was not moving forward. All interviews conducted by men. Was clearly not a good fit for me.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process is long, but very well organized and fair. The expectations for each interview are communicated clearly and every interviewer was very polite and honest. If I had to design an interview process in the future I would use the process I went through here as a template.
