Horrible. Was completely ghosted after 1st call with recruiter. Sent follow up emails weeks later to check on status, as he promised he would get back to me the following week and nothing, crickets. It isn't too much to ask for an email saying thank you but no thank you. Super unprofessional. Recruiter was late to meeting and I had to email him to ask why he hadn't called like he said he was. I should have taken that as a sign. Very disappointed and how I was treated.

Interview
The interview process was very postive. I had individual and panel interviews. The whole interview process was well orchestrated. DI team took the time to thoroughly review my resume ahead of the interview and came prepared with well thought out questions. Different interviews focused on different areas which speaks to the preparation. All interviews were very professional. Post interview DI does Gallup Talent Insight assessment before hiring.
