I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Darwin Labs (India) (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
Written test, face to face interview, programming exercise, short discussion with the CTO. They asked me to come for a trial of three days and I agreed because I was a fresher. After three days they paid me nothing and rejected me by saying "we need someone with experience". What a joke. Stay away from these scammers.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Darwin Labs (India) (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Aug 2017
Interview
- Got the call from HR, they asked me to come on-site.
- HR discussion and usual "Tell me something about yourself" drill.
- Written MCQ round, cleared it with 10+ marks out of 15
- Technical discussion with their backend developer, then he gave me small assignment to write in nodejs, That was easy.
- After that, I was supposed to talk with their CTO but he was busy, so HR team asked to come some other day. I agreed.
- Next time, I directly talked to CTO, and he was a through tech guy.
- Asked one-after another techie question, and put me under different situations and asking questions related to performance and availability of apps.
- Aftert that long round. I talked with their senior front-end developer for 20 minutes. I guess this was to give team a chance t know me more. Because in the end, they're the ones who 'll be working with me. It's a very rare practice but a very important one.
- After that CTO came again, and played a small trick paper based game. Maybe he wanted to know witty I'm and how I tackle the problems. I enjoyed that. After that we negotiated the salary.

Interview
After applying for the position online, I got a call from Ms. Shruti Jammula, asking about basic questions about me and my skills, and then I was assigned 3 tasks to complete within 2-3 days of time.
After completing the task, and sending them the code, I waited for a week for the reply.
With no reply even after that, I mailed them again, to get the result of my code evaluation, but got no reply.
Even after contacting her via LinkedIn, I didn't get any response.
Even if a candidate is not selected, I think he/she deserves a response. Very bad experience.
