      Business Development Interview

      28 Feb 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Lawrenceville, GA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DSV (Lawrenceville, GA)

      Interview

Phone interview with HR was great. She gave great information about the company's overall goals and basic information about the job. The face to face interview was with the manager of that position. I walked in the office and I could quickly tell I would not be considered for the job. First comment was he was not good at interviews and often got himself in trouble by saying the wrong things. He blamed it on cultural differences. Throughout the interview may comments were made about it being a mans job or manly industry. At one point he commented I would probably do a good job at customer service (note: I am fully qualified for the position I was applying for). Very disappointing experience. If you want a man for the job then don't even waste my time with an interview.
