Was interviewed by a young girl, who asked me a few questions and noted down my answers. Interview was easy and all questions were answered. Now bare in mind the position DIDNT require warehouse experience. I received a rejection email 2 days later stating the hiring manager ( WHO NEVER EVEN INTERVIEWED ME ) said the reasons why I was rejected is... no warehouse experience and not able to provide detailed answers to the questions. I gave good answers to the questions asked, and the young girl interviewing me was just a note taker. The real reason I believe is I was to old. So all this blag on the DHL site about age doesn't matter ... Well it clearly does.

No formal interview. Only asked general questions such as whether I can work weekends / night shifts and how will I commute to the warehouse, as the warehouse is located at the outskirts of the city.
