The application process included maths and verbal reasoning assessments, job simulation and concluded with an assessment centre at the end. This included 2 group assessments, an individual presentation and an interview.

Standard application form. Then you take a situational judgement test followed by a DHL test. The DHL test tests your numerical and analytical by giving you scenarios that require numerical calculation and analytical judgement to solve problem. The test also examines your score competencies against DHL’s. If you pass the test which takes about 90 mins to complete you got to assessment centre. At the assessment centre you go through the standard strengths based interviews, a non business group exercise which involves building something and then a business based group exercise. You are also required to give a presentation during the assessment centre.
