Interview
Firstly, I received a phone call interview from HR to get the basic info about me and if everything went well I will be called for another interview with the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager was done online through Microsoft Teams and the interview session was good, hiring manager was nice and waited for me when I was recollecting my thoughts.
Other than that, I had to take an IT literacy and aptitude test which was done online as well. The test's duration is 40 minutes and you need to turn on your camera while doing it.

Interview
The initial interview would be with the HR. If you passed, you will be endorsed in a panel interview with the management team. In that panel interview, there will be activities and you will be alongside other possible graduate trainees to see which among you could be chosen well.

Interview
The process was smooth. There were questions on the history of DHL and the specific department that the job was in. A few personality screening questions too. The logical and maths questions were already done online.
