Easy process. Asking basic common questions about your work experience and giving details about the job. They ask questions like can you lift a certain amount of weight and ask why you want to work there. They usually offer the position on the spot if they need a lot of people to work.
After sending in my application I got a call a few days later from human resource. The lady asked a few questions about the hours and days I could work, my work history and if I had any experience sorting mail. After that, I scheduled for an interview with the supervisor that following week. When I arrived there were six other people and the supervisor took us to a room to do a one-on-one interview.
