DHL Express Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I had one virtual interview before being hired on. The interview lasted 30 minutes. I was asked to describe my previous work history, paying specific attention to my customer service experience. I provided relevant, pertinent examples that exemplified my customer service skills. I said why I was interested in the role, illustrating also why I was a good fit.

Straight forward I have been contacted by a recruiter via phone. Then set up an appointment for an interview with a Area manager. They wanted to grasp my enthusiasm and motives to join DHL Xpress. After that they wanted to see how well my presentation skills where since the job role was about talking with existing customers, and see how well I could've sold my ideas to a group of senior managers.
