I interviewed with DHL in 2006 and had a total of 7 interviews, with 5 different people, that included phone and in person interviews. the first interview was with the recruiter, the next 2 with the hiring manager, 2 with the regional director, 1 with HR, and 1 with a local manager. The process took about 6 week.

All questions were pretty much the same with each interviewer. All questions were situational based. "Tell me about a time". Nothing out of the ordinary.

Short process with 2 senior leaders in sales, basic STAR questions and 30-60-90 day plan. Ended up having 2 total interviews and accepting the position. Great interview process and highlighted key points on the CRM, the territory and the career path

it was a fairly straight forward process, initial phone screening with human resources, clear instructions, panel interview with 1-3 managers, 20 minute presentation and Q&A, took about 2 weeks in total
