phone interview then a 10 - 15 min powerpoint on yourself in front of a panel of 3 people. you meet your managers and are well prepared for the interview. afterwards, there are a few basic interview questions.
DHL has lots of interview process. The first was one on one interview with their HR manager then a group interview (3 interviewees and 3 interviewers) this includes on immediate manager or one boss then when you pass those you will be taken into a psychological exam then after that interview again from the HR manager then you will get an offer.
