Prior to the actual interview, HR sent a bunch of assessments / personality test. There are a bunch of questions on different scenarios pertaining to meeting setups which I think is outdated as we have tools to search on available times. In the spirit of Diversity & Inclusion, personal details form is not a must prior to the interview as it has asked your age, marital status, last drawn salary, children etc. HR should re-look into the process as this will influence the interviewer in the selection.
