Interview quick good, in a relaxing environment and interviewer is friendly and driving to company direction. This is global company with MMC status and the company decision will pass down from top to bottom.

Interview
First, I was asked to do some online personality tests, once I passed that I was then scheduled to have an online panel interview with the hiring manager and the head of the department. The interview was quite smooth and the questions were all straight forward and related to the job, no trick questions/mind games. The interview took about an hour. Overall a good experience.

They knew my current role back then does not 100% fit with their open role, it will be like a hybrid of what I was currently doing. They asked me straight if I would still be interested since I will have to do something else.
