I had 3 phone screens and 1 full day onsite.
I was recruited by a 3rd party who did salary negotiations.
This was a friendly, easy interview including a presentation followed by meeting members of the staff in 1:1 and 2:1 settings.

Interviewed individually with with recruiter, HM, full team and was told to look out for an invite to the final interview round. Didn't hear anything so I followed up with HR; they said "yes, so and so is working on getting you scheduled" and cc'd this person. I followed up with this person and never heard anything. Followed up with HM and they said the same thing, "yes, working on getting you scheduled" and still nothing. Overall, it's been a 4 mo process. This company seems like an absolute mess and I would not work here based on this interview process.

Long winded process. Good conversations with the team. Not sure if collectively team itself knows what they are looking?
Each individual had a different thought of the role and expectations from the said role.
