Cymbiotika interview questions

1. Zoom interview with chief of staff 2. Zoom interview with one co manager of the team 3. Zoom interview with the co founder (was suppose to be in person but they switch to zoom day of). After the final interview I didn’t hear back for a week, emailed, still didn’t hear back after another week, emailed again, and finally got a decline the following week. The next month they messaged me on LinkedIn asking if I was interested in reconsideration. I said I was open to a conversation. They had me redo the final interview with the cofounder - she had no idea who I was and opened the interview with the exact same line as the first time. Disappointing that there was no internal communication that I was coming back for reconsideration. I got offered the job the afternoon of the next day (Friday). I said I’d review the offer & benefits and get back to her on Monday as my parents were in town for the weekend. Emailed Monday asking to hop on a call, no response. Linkedin message, no response. Another email, no response. Ghosted after a job offer.
