Interview process was really fun! The only downside might be the pre-screen interview. HR person didn't call on our first scheduled meeting so I ended up signing up for a second one. During the second try for my pre-screen, they called me at the wrong time and blamed it on me when my email confirmation said otherwise. However, the in-person interviews were AMAZING and the people I met were so fun to talk to! Walked in and out of the meeting feeling like I was already part of the team and it was very welcoming. They more so look on whether you can get along with the team and your personality, while also considering your experience.
