The entire process consisted of typical phone-based interviews. There were at least three with several layers of the organization. The recruiter contacted me via email and phone on several different occasions.
The main issue is that they ghosted me after three interviews and a commitment that they were in the decision-making process. It is OK if I didn't get the offer, but there is no excuse for failing to reach out after that much engagement. Tells you a lot about their practices and culture and I'm glad I didn't get a chance to work there by mistake.
