I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Was brought in through a mutual contact. Process was pretty easy. I met with the head of the department and then with the person I would be working directly under. Was more focussed on how I was as a person than what I knew about valuation of properties.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
Consist of two rounds of which one is Technical(Computer examination)and other is general interview regarding work experience and education. Both rounds happened on same day one by one on Campus placement
I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (London, England)
Interview
Fair and transparent. It all took place on Teams with no face to face meetings. Welcoming and informative about the role. Not particularly formal more chatty style and no really challenging questions.
Multiple round in-person interviews. Basic culture fit and technical questions were asked - what is a cap rate, how would you value XYZ, etc. Mainly looking for hard working people who will be able to pick-up the industry basics quickly. Don't allow subpar performance.
