Only one round of interview, without involvement of director.
Being interviewed by team lead, and team lead know the skill set she is looking at. HR present throughout the session. Overall, not too hard, as only one session.
Unless ur applying for manager level, may need to meet with director / HR director.

Need to fill in a lot of interview questions, ranges from IQ test, technical test (even though you are not applying for technical job), grammar test.
While open session with the interview and HR.
