Interview
I was contacted by a talent acquisition team rep about 3 weeks after my application for an initial phone call. I was invited to a video interview with the hiring manager and director a few days afterwards. I did not get past this round but their process also includes a third round on-site. I was ghosted after the second round. My workday profile was still showing I was in the interview phase but more than 2 weeks has past since my interview with the managers. I followed up with the talent acquisition rep since all communications went through her. I didn't get a reply so I checked my profile once more and sure enough it was red and stated I was not selected. Overall pretty easy, albeit longer, process but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if you are not chosen.

Introduction to management and facility, interview by Director of Engineering, interview by team of Engineers from New Product Introduction Engineering to manufacturing. Detailed questions on background design projects and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
