Interviewed at Solihull/Shirley branch. I was called in 20 minutes late which I found quite rude. Interviewer was very nice. I thought the interview went well. I was told I would be contacted by the end of the week with a response, however I was not. It's been ages now and I was just left hanging which I find extremely rude.
