Cummins Operations Project Manager interview questions

Applied online. Got interview call directly from the hiring manager. Questions were all behavioral. Interviewer was very polite. Was impressed by my background. Second round was HR. That was also telephonic. Normal questions like why Cummins etc. Got offer in another two weeks. Work culture is good but a little bit laid back type. Otherwise it is good: very friendly, good work-life balance.
