Be ready to talk about specific situations in your work history that required you to use a specific business skill (i.e. problem solving, organization, delivering results, multitasking), how you used that skill, and what the outcome of the situation was. Know your 3 strengths and be prepared to give examples of how you've used those strengths in the past.
