I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cummins (Houston, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interviewer was a serious employer as it should be. But when I saw him smile few times, it relaxed me. Questions were only behavioral. Just be genuine and positive. My interview was yesterday so I don't know the result yet, but whatever happens it was a great practice for me.

Campus recruiters were really nice and it was a laid back interview, it was my first interview ever so I was really nervous, but they made me feel okay. At the end it worked out and being genuine got me a second interview
