I interviewed at Cummins (Columbus, IN)
Interview
There were 3 interviews. All of them were behavioral interviews - for example, "how do you react to failures", "what is an achievement you are proud of" and general questions about experiences.
Met with recruiters at career fair. The same night they scheduled an interview for a couple of days after. Questions were a mix of behavioral and technical, and two business days later I received and accepted an offer.
