      Software Engineer III Interview

      16 May 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike in May 2025

      Interview

Interview process consisted of 2 system design question and one normal coding question. And few here and there technical question. All questions were answered quite well but outcome was negative and was informed that we can't proceed further as panel did feel you are good in majority of areas but it is what it is the outcome. I don't understand whether they actually even want to hire or just show the job openings just to be present in market and maybe hire someone else and just to conduct all these interviews with other candidates wasting their time. THis has happened multiple times with me where they said you performed well in interview but couldn't offer you the job. Seriously stop wasting candidates time if you dont have any job to offer in actual. As i can see same job been reposted again and again and for single vaccancy same job is open for months. How come this happens if there are multiple candidates in line for interviews ?
