1st round with the HR. I was told the second round was with the hiring manager and there's a last round of Panel Interview, but after the HR interview I was somehow fast tracked to the final panel interview. Very straightforward process

Round 2: Mock cold call exercise; choose your own prospect and send them an outreach email + cold call with a manager

Went through recruiter screen + 4 rounds (3 hiring manager + 1 mock call). Interview process was as expected, but still waiting on a rejection email 5 months later (Recruiter kept me warm, then ghosted)
