I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CrowdStrike
Interview
I participated in 6 interviews for a Sr. Director role in the marketing organization at Crowdstrike. These interviews took over a months time and included meetings with C-levels, VPs, and a Chiefs of Staff. After all of these interviews I thought things had gone very well and was expecting either an offer or at least to hear on next steps in the process. Surprisingly, I never heard from anyone at Crowdstrike again. I reached out to my Talent Acquisition connection on several occasions to see if I was still being considered for the role and never heard back. Very unprofessional to be ghosted like that after the time commitment I put in on my part. I am actively looking for a new role and this is the only organization that has treated me this way, it was really disappointing.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (Austin, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
I am a new grad. I was surprised that crowd strikes gave me an opportunity to try out their senior security researcher role. The first round was with a recruiter, the second take home, and the third round was either a stress interview + technical interview. I failed at the third one. Overall, I learn a lot.
