Applied online and got shortlisted immediately. They sent a sample test online with samples of expectations to be sent back in 48 hours . The tests were 2. One for journal selection and another for peer review for a journal article meant for publishing.

Interview
I was contacted via email and asked to review a test paper. I was given 24 hours, which was not a lot of time, however when I asked for an extension they provided it. After submitting it and being accepted I was asked to fill in the documents required and was asked to attend a zoom meeting. In that meeting, I was provided with all the information required for me to perform my future job successfully. The general communication was very good and they were quick in their response
