Started out applying to a generic marketing job description looking for B2C marketing experience. Once my resume was submitted, I was presented with 2 assessment tests with roughly 30 questions each. Kind of overkill, honestly. I guess I passed the test (was never told) because from there, I heard from the hiring manager, wanting to schedule a screen. Passed that and moved onto another hour-long hiring manager interview. Then, another hour with 2 executives and the hiring manager. THEN, an in-person interview at their Pflugerville headquarters where I was told I would hear about next steps or a decision the following week. The following week came and went without a word. I reached out and got no reply. So after 2 tests, 3 virtual and 1 in-person interview over the course of a month, THEY GHOSTED ME. Really disappointing and unprofessional.
