You will be interviewed by the Local office Research Head and then the regional office research head, and sometimes senior management may also interview you. The interview is thorough and most about your experience and attitude will be asksd, it would also help if you were referred to by an employee.

Overall interview process is smooth, it's a 30 minutes HR interview on zoom that goes through your resume, some behavioral questions, and few questions like why company/ your motivation etc.
