    Some good colleagues and decent platform for reaching institutional investors looking for Asian equity ideas

    Cons

    The old management team made some very poor decisions, appeared reluctant to invest in the core business, appeared to favour a small group of people including themselves, worked several people hard for below market pay, treated people like disposable assets, managed by fear in some instances and made lots of promises but struggled to execute. The end result was a poorly run business and toxic working environment.
