Phone screen then in person... The time was not long from the beginning of applying online to meeting in person with the manager of the store. I found out basically the same day that I went in for the interview.

The main part of the interview consists of the employer asking you questions and listening to your responses, sometimes taking notes for later reference

Quick and easy. I simply interviewed at an open job fair that was promoted in store. I brought my resume and was immediately asked to interview there in the store.
