Begins with an email outreach to ask if you're still interested. From then, set up a phone screening that lasts up to 30 minutes. Finally a 1:1 interview with your direct manager, followed by a panel interview with higher managers.

The first round was a phone screening with hiring manager and then second round was interview with the department/team manager. Smooth process overall, very short, all of this happened within a month time frame.

Interview
Interview with the area training manager from corporate and then an in person interview with the store manager from the specific store where you will be placed. The area training manager is just the initial screening process and you discuss your resume/skills. The second round is more in-depth and to make sure you connect with the manager of the store.
