One phone screening interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes to discuss your background, how did you hear about Coyote, and answering some sales related experience questions. Then called in for in person at the respective office. Interview was 60 minutes, 15 minute shadow with carrier sales floor and 15 minutes shadow with customer operations, and then 30 minutes with recruiter. Got the offer after about one week. Whole process was 2-3 weeks.
The interview process began with a recruiter and then moved on to a recruiting manager who was in person. I met with a handful of members from the team and walked through their day to day in an hour or so.
Very easy and laid back. Tales place In office and always dress business casual. It's a mostly Very Fun work environment and lots of company provided perks. Seemed to have a Quick turnaround.
